Product Overview

Description

ACE2-GFP Human Pulmonary Lobar Bronchial Epithelial Cells are primary or engineered airway epithelial cells derived from human pulmonary lobar bronchial tissue and modified to express ACE2 with GFP fluorescence. These cells are useful for studying airway biology, epithelial barrier function, viral entry mechanisms, respiratory inflammation, and drug screening.

IMPORTANT: Quality warranty requires use of NeoBioPharma media. Biohazardous material despite negative pathogen testing. Quality claims must be reported within 1 month.

Key Features

Catalog Number: NBP-0123ACE2-GF
Product Format: Frozen
Vial Cell Number: > 5x10[5] cells/vial
Passage:1(P1)
Storage: Liquid Nitrogen, Vapor Phase
Intended Use: Research use only (RUO)

Characteristics:

These cells show bronchial epithelial morphology and can be used to model human airway epithelial responses in vitro. GFP expression allows easy visualization by fluorescence microscopy, live-cell imaging, and cell tracking. ACE2 expression makes them especially useful for studies involving respiratory virus receptor biology, including SARS-CoV-2 entry-related research.
