Product Overview
Description
VE-Cadherin-GFP Expressing Human Glomerular Microvascular Endothelial Cells are human kidney glomerular endothelial cells engineered to express green fluorescent protein tagged to VE-Cadherin. VE-Cadherin is an endothelial-specific adhesion protein located at cell-cell junctions, making this cell model useful for studying endothelial barrier integrity, vascular permeability, angiogenesis, and kidney microvascular function.
These cells are ideal for live-cell imaging and fluorescence-based analysis of endothelial junction formation and disruption.
IMPORTANT: Quality warranty requires use of NeoBioPharma media. Biohazardous material despite negative pathogen testing. Quality claims must be reported within 1 month.
