Product Overview

Description

Human Brain Microvascular Endothelial Cells GFP-VE-CAD are human brain endothelial cells engineered to express green fluorescent protein (GFP)-tagged VE-Cadherin. VE-Cadherin is a key endothelial adhesion protein located at cell–cell junctions and is essential for maintaining vascular barrier integrity.

These cells are useful for studying blood-brain barrier biology, endothelial junction formation, vascular permeability, inflammation, drug transport, and endothelial cell behavior in real time using fluorescence microscopy.

Guarantee expansion for a minimum of 2-5 population doublings.

IMPORTANT: Quality warranty requires use of NeoBioPharma media. Biohazardous material despite negative pathogen testing. Quality claims must be reported within 1 month.
