The NeoFull-Thickness™ 3D Human Melanoma Skin Model is a fully stratified, organotypic in vitro model that accurately replicates the structural and functional complexity of human skin containing melanoma tumors. This advanced 3D model integrates human dermal fibroblasts, epidermal keratinocytes, and melanoma cells within a native-like extracellular matrix, providing a physiologically relevant platform for cancer research and preclinical drug development.
The model expresses all key 3D skin cancer markers and offers a reliable, human-relevant alternative to animal testing, aligning with global regulatory initiatives such as the FDA Modernization Act 2.0 and the EU Cosmetics Regulation.
