Product Overview
Description
GFP-Expressing Human Dermal Fibroblasts (Adult) are primary human dermal fibroblasts isolated from adult skin tissue and engineered to stably express Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP). These cells are ideal for live-cell imaging, tracking fibroblast behavior, and studying various aspects of skin biology, including wound healing, fibrosis, inflammation, and tissue remodeling.
Fibroblasts are the main stromal cells found in the dermis and play a crucial role in producing extracellular matrix proteins, such as collagen and fibronectin. The GFP signal allows for easy visualization of cell morphology, proliferation, migration, and interactions with other cell types in both 2D and 3D culture systems.
Guarantee expansion for a minimum of 2-5 population doublings.
IMPORTANT: Quality warranty requires use of NeoBioPharma media. Biohazardous material despite negative pathogen testing. Quality claims must be reported within 1 month.
