Description
Cre-Expressing Human Primary Aortic Endothelial Cells are isolated from human aorta tissue.
Growth Conditions: 37°C, 5% CO2.
Culture Guidance: Cells can typically be expanded for 3-6 passages at a split ratio of 1:2. Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended.
Handling: Upon arrival, transfer frozen cells to liquid nitrogen immediately until ready for use. Primary cells should never be kept at -20°C or -80°C.
