Product Overview
Description
GFP-Expressing Human Brain Microvascular Pericytes are human-derived perivascular cells engineered to stably express green fluorescent protein. These cells are designed for visualization, tracking, and functional studies in brain microvascular and blood-brain barrier research.
Pericytes play a critical role in maintaining vascular stability, regulating endothelial barrier function, supporting angiogenesis, and modulating neurovascular interactions. GFP expression allows easy monitoring of cell localization, migration, morphology, and interaction with endothelial cells in 2D and 3D culture systems.
Guarantee expansion for a minimum of 2-5 population doublings.
IMPORTANT: Quality warranty requires use of NeoBioPharma media. Biohazardous material despite negative pathogen testing. Quality claims must be reported within 1 month.
