Product Overview
Description
GFP-Expressing Human Saphenous Vein Endothelial Cells (HSVEC-GFP) are primary human endothelial cells that have been isolated from the saphenous vein and genetically modified to stably express Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP).
These cells maintain the typical morphology and biological functions of vascular endothelial cells while providing a fluorescent signal for real-time visualization, cell tracking, migration studies, and angiogenesis research.
HSVEC-GFP cells display the characteristic cobblestone morphology of endothelial cells and express specific markers that differentiate them as endothelial. This makes them a valuable resource for applications in vascular biology, cardiovascular research, and tissue engineering.
Guarantee expansion for a minimum of 2-5 population doublings.
IMPORTANT: Quality warranty requires use of NeoBioPharma media. Biohazardous material despite negative pathogen testing. Quality claims must be reported within 1 month.
