Product Overview
Description
GFP Human Liver Sinusoidal Microvascular Endothelial Cells are human liver sinusoidal endothelial cells that have been genetically modified to express Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP).
These cells line the liver sinusoids, the specialized small blood vessels found in the liver, and play an important role in liver filtration, immune regulation, nutrient exchange, and communication with hepatocytes and other liver cells.
Because they express GFP, these cells can be easily visualized under fluorescence microscopy, making them useful for live-cell imaging, tracking, and functional studies.
Guarantee expansion for a minimum of 2-5 population doublings.
IMPORTANT: Quality warranty requires use of NeoBioPharma media. Biohazardous material despite negative pathogen testing. Quality claims must be reported within 1 month.
