Product Overview
Description
Human Bronchial Cancer-Associated Fibroblasts (CAFs) are isolated from human bronchial tumor microenvironment tissue and expanded under optimized culture conditions. These fibroblasts represent activated stromal cells commonly associated with lung and bronchial carcinomas and play a critical role in tumor progression, extracellular matrix remodeling, angiogenesis, immune modulation, and metastasis.
These cells are suitable for studies involving:
• Tumor microenvironment (TME).
• Fibrosis and stromal biology.
• Cancer progression and invasion.
• Drug discovery and screening.
• Cytokine signaling.
• Extracellular matrix remodeling.
• Co-culture assays with cancer or immune cells.
IMPORTANT: Quality warranty requires use of NeoBioPharma media. Biohazardous material despite negative pathogen testing. Quality claims must be reported within 1 month.
