Human Colonic Fibroblasts Cells
Quick Actions
Product Overview
Description
Human Colonic Fibroblasts (HCoF) are primary fibroblasts isolated from normal human colon tissue. These cells are cryopreserved at passage 1 and exhibit the characteristic spindle-shaped morphology of mesenchymal cells in culture. HCoF serves as an essential in vitro model for studying intestinal physiology, extracellular matrix remodeling, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), wound healing, and the colonic tumor microenvironment.
