Product Overview
Description
Fibroblasts are responsible for the structural and functional homeostasis in a healthy heart and also for the pathophysiology of fibrosis during hypertension. Fibroblasts comprise the largest cell population in the myocardium. Cardiac fibroblasts comprise 15%–30% of the total cells in the heart in homeostasis and derive from three embryonic lineages: the epithelium, endothelium, and mesenchyme.
Guarantee expansion for a minimum of 2-5 population
doublings.
IMPORTANT: Quality warranty requires use of NeoBioPharma media. Biohazardous material despite negative pathogen testing. Quality claims must be reported within 1 month.
