Product Overview
Description
The IPSCD001 cell line is a Human Induced Pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line engineered with a knock-in GFP reporter under the control of the endogenous insulin (INS) gene promoter. This line enables real-time visualization and quantification of pancreatic ?-cell differentiation. Upon differentiation towards pancreatic lineage, GFP expression is activated specifically in insulin-producing cells.
-Genetic modification: INS-2A-GFP knock-in at the INS locus (homozygous or heterozygous .
- Parental cell line: Human dermal fibroblast-derived iPSC (confirmed trilineage differentiation capacity).
- Reporter sensitivity: Detected as early as the immature ?-cell stage (day 20–25 of differentiation).
IMPORTANT: Quality warranty requires use of NeoBioPharma media. Biohazardous material despite negative pathogen testing. Quality claims must be reported within 1 month.
