Product Overview
Description
Human Lung Airway Smooth Muscle Cells (HLASMCs) are primary smooth muscle cells isolated from human airway tissue. These cells play a critical role in regulating airway tone, bronchoconstriction, and respiratory function.
HLASMCs are widely used in respiratory disease research, including asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pulmonary fibrosis, and airway remodeling studies. They exhibit the characteristic spindle-shaped morphology typical of smooth muscle cells and express key smooth muscle markers such as -Smooth Muscle Actin (-SMA), SM22,Calponin, and Smooth Muscle Myosin Heavy Chain (SM-MHC).
