Human Primary Diabetic Kidney Endothelial Cells
Quick Actions
Product Overview
Description
Human Primary Diabetic Kidney Endothelial Cells (HKEC) are isolated from the renal cortex of a donor with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM). These cells are primary endothelial cells that exhibit characteristic diabetic endothelial dysfunction, including impaired nitric oxide production, increased oxidative stress, and altered angiogenic potential. They are suitable for studying diabetic nephropathy, endothelial dysfunction, and vascular complications of diabetes.
Guarantee expansion for a minimum of 2-5 population
