Human Primary Diabetic Liver Endothelial Cells (DLEC) are isolated from liver tissue (mixed sinusoidal and vascular) associated with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. These cells exhibit hepatic endothelial characteristics with diabetic dysfunction, suitable for studying diabetic liver disease, hepatic sinusoidal dysfunction, and NAFLD.
