Product Overview
Description
SV40 Immortalized Human Dermal Microvascular Endothelial Cells (IM-HDMEC) are a stable, continuously proliferating cell line derived by Immortalizing Primary Human Dermal Microvascular Endothelial Cells (HMEC) with the Simian Virus 40 (SV40) Large T antigen.
The SV40 Large T antigen drives immortalization by suppressing the tumor suppressor gene products p53 and retinoblastoma (Rb), thereby bypassing replicative senescence and enabling indefinite cell proliferation in vitro.
Guarantee expansion for a minimum of 2-5 population
doublings.
IMPORTANT: Quality warranty requires use of NeoBioPharma media. Biohazardous material despite negative pathogen testing. Quality claims must be reported within 1 month.
