Product Overview

Description

Human Ovarian Cancer-Associated Endothelial Cells are a genomically and functionally distinct population that are
co-opted and reprogrammed by the tumor to support angiogenesis, immune evasion, and metastatic spread.

Their complex interactions within the tumor microenvironment governed by VEGF and a range of alternative pro-angiogenic mediators make them both a key driver of disease progression and a compelling target for novel therapeutic strategies. Advances in single-cell transcriptomics, 3D organoid models, and organ-on-a-chip technologies are continuing to deepen our understanding of their biology and clinical relevance.

IMPORTANT: Quality warranty requires use of NeoBioPharma media. Biohazardous material despite negative pathogen testing. Quality claims must be reported within 1 month.
