Product Overview
Description
Pulmonary Hypertension is a devastating syndrome with high mortality, characterized by remodeling of the pulmonary vasculature and significant cellular and structural changes within the intima, media, and adventitia layers. The pulmonary artery wall is composed of three layers of cells: the intima (endothelial cells), the media (smooth muscle cells), and the adventitia (fibroblasts), with the wall also including perivascular progenitor cells and extracellular matrix (ECM).
Guarantee expansion for a minimum of 2-5 population
