Lung Adenocarcinoma Cancer-Associated Fibroblasts (CAFs) are isolated from human lung adenocarcinoma tumor tissue and expanded under optimized culture conditions. These fibroblasts represent a critical component of the tumor microenvironment and are widely used for studies involving tumor progression, extracellular matrix remodeling, immunomodulation, angiogenesis, metastasis, and drug resistance.

These cells exhibit characteristic CAF morphology and express multiple fibroblast and tumor-associated stromal markers relevant to lung cancer research.
