Product Overview
Description
Immortalized Human Colorectal Cancer-Associated Fibroblasts (CAFs) are derived from human colorectal tumor microenvironment stromal fibroblasts and immortalized to provide extended proliferative capacity while maintaining key CAF phenotypic characteristics.
These cells are valuable for studying tumor-stroma interactions, colorectal cancer progression, extracellular matrix remodeling, angiogenesis, immunomodulation, metastasis, and therapeutic resistance.
These CAFs exhibit characteristic fibroblast morphology and express classical fibroblast and activated CAF markers associated with colorectal tumor progression.
IMPORTANT: Quality warranty requires use of NeoBioPharma media. Biohazardous material despite negative pathogen testing. Quality claims must be reported within 1 month.
