Description
Immortalized Human Lung Squamous Cell Carcinoma Cancer-Associated Fibroblasts (CAFs) are derived from human lung squamous cell carcinoma tumor microenvironment and immortalized to provide a stable and reproducible fibroblast population for cancer research applications.
These CAFs closely mimic stromal fibroblasts present in lung squamous cell carcinoma. They are widely used for studying tumor-stroma interactions, tumor progression, metastasis, fibrosis, extracellular matrix remodeling, immune modulation, and drug resistance mechanisms.
These cells exhibit strong fibroblast characteristics and maintain expression of key CAF-associated biomarkers.
