Human Pancreatic CAF – Stellates
Quick Actions
Product Overview
Description
Human Pancreatic CAF – Stellates are primary human cancer-associated fibroblasts isolated from pancreatic tumor stromal tissue. These activated pancreatic stellate-like CAF play a central role in pancreatic tumor progression, extracellular matrix remodeling, fibrosis, immune modulation, angiogenesis, and therapeutic resistance.
These cells exhibit spindle-shaped fibroblastic morphology and express multiple stromal activation markers associated with activated pancreatic stellate cells and tumor-associated fibroblasts.
IMPORTANT: Quality warranty requires use of NeoBioPharma media. Biohazardous material despite negative pathogen testing. Quality claims must be reported within 1 month.
