Immortalized Human Pancreatic CAF-Stellates are derived from human pancreatic tumor-associated stromal tissue and immortalized to provide a stable, highly reproducible in vitro model for pancreatic tumor microenvironment studies.
These cells exhibit characteristic activated fibroblast and stellate phenotypes commonly associated with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), including extracellular matrix remodeling, cytokine secretion, and tumor-supportive signaling.
