Product Overview
Description
Human Lung Airway Smooth Muscle Cells Expressing AEQ-GFP in Mitochondria are genetically engineered primary or immortalized airway smooth muscle cells designed to express the calcium-sensitive reporter aequorin (AEQ) fused with Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) specifically targeted to the mitochondria. These cells enable real-time monitoring of mitochondrial calcium signaling, mitochondrial dynamics, and cellular responses in pulmonary research applications.
The GFP tag allows fluorescent visualization of mitochondrial localization, while the AEQ reporter enables sensitive bioluminescent calcium detection.
