Description
Human Metastatic Ovarian Cancer-Associated Fibroblasts (CAFs) are isolated from metastatic ovarian carcinoma tissue and expanded under optimized culture conditions. These fibroblasts represent a critical stromal component of the ovarian tumor microenvironment and exhibit activated fibroblast phenotypes associated with tumor progression, extracellular matrix remodeling, angiogenesis, and metastatic dissemination.
These cells are ideal for studies involving:
