Product Overview
Description
Human Lung Airway Smooth Muscle Cells (HLASMCs) Expressing AEQ-GFP in Cytoplasm are genetically engineered primary airway smooth muscle cells designed for advanced calcium signaling and live-cell imaging studies. These cells express a fusion of Aequorin (AEQ) and Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) localized within the cytoplasm, enabling real-time monitoring of intracellular calcium flux and cellular dynamics.
These cells maintain the characteristic morphology and functional properties of native airway smooth muscle cells while providing enhanced fluorescent visualization and bioluminescent calcium detection capabilities.
