Description

RFP Expressing Human Dermal Lymphatic Microvascular Endothelial Cells (RFP-HDLMvECs) are primary cells derived from normal human dermal (skin) tissue that have been genetically modified to stably express Red Fluorescent Protein (RFP). This modification allows for non-invasive, real-time visualization of the cells under fluorescent microscopy. They are specifically isolated from the lymphatic microvasculature and are a critical tool for studying lymphangiogenesis (the formation of lymphatic vessels) in both health and disease.
